To connect your Google Ads account to Sellbery, you need the following:
- Client ID for Google Console API;
- Client Secret for Google Console API;
- Your Google Ads Client Account ID.
Where to get your Client ID and Client Secret for Google Console API
Go to Google APIs and Services
Create a project for Sellbery.
Next, enable Content API for Shopping. To do that, click on the “ENABLE APIS AND SERVICES” button at the top of the page.
On the next page run a search for Content API for Shopping. Then click on the “Enable” button.
Navigate back to Google APIs and Services page, in the left menu choose “Credentials” and click on the “OAuth consent screen” tab.
On the consent screen you are required to fill out the “Application name” and “Authorized domains” fields.
You can use any application name, e.g. “Sellbery”.
The Authorized domain must be sellbery.com (without www or https).
Then click the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.
Now you can proceed with creating credentials. Click “Create credentials” and choose “OAuth client ID”.
On the next screen choose “Web application”.
In the opened form, fill out the “Name” field. You can use any name, e.g. “Sellbery”.
In the field “Authorized redirect URIs” paste this: https://app.sellbery.com/application/oauth
You will be redirected to your newly created credentials. Copy and paste the client ID and client secret into the matching fields in your Sellbery account.
Where to get your Google Ads Client Account ID
- Log in to your Google Ads account.
- In the top right corner, locate the 10-digit number.
- Copy and paste this number in the matching field in your Sellbery account.
