Account Management — maintaining client accounts on marketplaces. A detailed list of services is available at https://sellbery.com/services.

 

Connect — the process of connecting some component to the end system or to Sellbery.

 

Credentials — a set of necessary information for connecting a system.

 

Customization — a service of turnkey development of additional functionality for Sellbery available upon request.

 

Dataset — information about all products downloaded to Sellbery. This information is key to synchronization of products and orders between various systems.

 

Download — the process of receiving product information from Import Point to Sellbery. The information is saved in the Sellbery app and can be analyzed, modified, and sent to an Export Point.

 

Enterprise — a service package (plan) with individual terms of service for customers with high SKU count.

 

Export Point — a system where you can upload products that were downloaded from any Import Point to Sellbery. If an Export Point system supports order processing, it will allow you to send orders placed for downloaded products to the Import Point.

 

Global Rule — a global mapping rule that includes a set of common rules. Global rules can often be customized depending on the selected product category.

 

Import Point — a system from which you can download products into Sellbery to subsequently upload them to another system. If an Import Point system supports order processing, then it can process orders placed for uploaded products.

 

Mapping — the process of transforming the attributes and descriptions of a Product to make them understandable for the Export Point service. When mapping, you take the attributes of the source Product from the Import Point and match them to corresponding attributes in the Export Point. That ensures accurate product processing and uploading correct information to the Export Point.

 

Mapping Rules — a set of rules according to which the Sellbery app transforms the source product data into the required structure of the target product in an Export Point.

 

Mapping Template – pre-programmed mapping model that is based on some product category. Mapping templates are meant to make the mapping process more efficient and accurate.

 

OAuth — a connection and authorization process through a third-party service (Google, Facebook, etc.).

 

Plan — a service package with certain conditions and monthly or yearly payment. The main differences between the plans are the number of synchronized products and the terms of technical support.

 

Product category — a group of products united on a semantic basis. For example, “Clothes”, “Household appliances”, “Books”, etc. Categories may have subcategories, for example, “Clothes” —> “T-shirts” —> “T-shirts for Men”.

 

Reports — information about the efficiency of product upload and synchronization. Reports contain data about all errors that occurred during the upload and synchronization process.

 

SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) — is a unique identifier for a product in some eCommerce systems and inside Sellbery. It can consist of numbers and letters. Each product and a variation of a product gets its own SKU number.
For example, is some system, “Happy Holidays 2019, T-Shirt, White, size Small” might have SKU “HH19T-W-S”. And “Happy Holidays 2019, T-Shirt, White, size Medium” might have SKU “HH19T-W-M”. Sellbery will count each product variation as a separate product SKU.

 

Setup — complete configuration of the components of Import and Export Points, product downloads, order synchronization, deliveries, and returns.

 

Upload — the process of uploading product information from Sellbery to an Export Point. As a result of a successful upload, products become available for purchase at the Export Point.
